Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated by order subtotal per shipping address.
Heaton Pecan Farm ships via UPS from our location in Clanton, AL to the recipient’s address Monday through Friday, with the exception of US Holidays.
In general, individual orders placed / received before 3:00 PM CST will be shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days. Large orders, greater than ten (10) addresses, will be shipped within two (2) to three (3) business days.

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS’s services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
Returns & Claims
We pack our products with care to ensure freshness at delivery. Nonetheless, if your package is damaged, or the quality of our product does not meet your expectation, Heaton Pecan Farm will do our best to resolve your concerns.
Note, however, our products are fresh, and have a shelf life, so we recommend enjoying them as soon as possible upon receipt.
To this end, Heaton Pecan Farm must receive your notification of dame and/or quality concern within ten (10) business days of receipt.
A replacement shipment will be provided, or a full refund (less the cost of shipping) will be issued, once the product is returned / received from the customer.
We reserve the right to substitute items with an item of an equal or greater value.
