Welcome to Heaton Pecan Farm! As you are aware, the Heaton Pecan Farm website is open for business twenty-four (24) hours per day, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year. This is by far the easiest, most convenient access for our friends and customers.
However, if you need that personal touch, so to speak, our offices and personnel are available to address your questions during normal business hours for most of the year. If we don’t answer directly, just leave a detailed message, and one of us will follow up with you as soon as practical, usually within one or two (1-2) business days.

Days We Are Closed
While we are open most days, however, Heaton Pecan Farm is closed on the following days:

Normal Business Hours
From time to time, inclement weather also causes us to close. Otherwise, Heaton Pecan Farm is generally open year round. Our normal business hours are seasonal, and are as follows:
Visit Us at “The Barn”
Come to be affectionately known as “The Barn”, this is where all the magic happens … On October 1, 1990, John and Billie Heaton we opened “The Barn”, to make us “easier to find” by our customers. With over 7500 square feet under roof, we have plenty of room for you all to come in and visit while you enjoy our pecan candies, truffles, homemade ice cream, pecan pie, syrups, jams, a full-service deli, and lots of unique gifts for any occasion, or that special occasion.
The next time you find yourself traveling through central Alabama, we welcome you to stop in and visit us at “The Barn”. We are located on I-65 South, Exit 208, in Clanton, Alabama.

Headed north on I-65, take Exit 208. Turn right at the stop sign onto Lake Mitchell Road. Cross I-65 and take the first right onto Sunrise Boulevard. We’re the big white barn across from Shoney’s and The Guest House Inn. You can’t miss us. - I-65 South

Shipping
In general, Heaton Pecan Farm ships our products year round, or while in season. However, we currently limit shipment of many of our pecan candies (Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, Pralines, etc.) to the cooler months (generally 75°F or below, and UPS Zone 1 or Zone 2 from Clanton, AL).
We are working on packaging solutions that will allow us to ship these items year round, as well as allowing shipment of our homemade ice cream. We hope to have an update in the Spring of 2023 on these efforts.
